Easy Frozen Yogurt Pops 8 ounces of yogurt makes 3-4 popsicles Ingredients: Low-fat yogurt in your favorite flavors (custard or blended types of yogurt work best) Popsicle mold OR small paper cups and wooden sticks Directions: Fill the popsicle molds with yogurtIf you don't have molds, spoon the low-fat yogurt into paper cups and cover each cup with a piece of aluminum foil, crimping the edgesPierce the center of the aluminum foil lightly with a sharp knife and insert a wooden stick in each cupFreeze the molds or cups until solidUnmold or unpeel the paper cup from the frozen yogurt and enjoy! - celery stuffed with peanut butter and topped with raisins or crackers with cheese and carrots on the size or yogurt topped with some granola or cereal and/or fresh fruit or chips with salsa or cottage cheese with diced fruit or tomato or cucumber or lunch meat and cheese rolled up with a little mustard to dip in or make your own 'lunchables' by adding cracker or toast an english muffin and top with jarred sauce and leftover chicken or pepperoni for a mini pizza or hard boiled eggs(you can eat as is, add to a small salad or slice and put on a peice of toast) or edamame(u get it frozen, thaw it and eat it with a little salt or add it to salads or tuna salad.)mmm frozen grapes chicken/turkey/egg/tuna salad, premade, then just toss it on some crackeryou can also top with a lil cheese, and pop it in the microwave for 15-20 sec and make little mini melts!! good luck hope these help!!!
