Some of those bands are not even 1st wave and their is no such a thing anyways whether people think its started Mayhem, Emperor, Enslaved, Darkthrone. I mean Rotting Christ started in the 80s lots of bands did that aren't even listed here.
Hellhammer, Bathory, and Celtic Frost (you didn't mention them) are the best imo. I've never heard of Sarcofago, Sabbat, Torrr, or Master's Hammer. 666 (I think you mean Destroyer 666) is decent. Not the best, but certainly not bad. Mercyful Fate is good as well. They and Venom are probably the runner-ups to Hallhammer, Bathory and CF imo. Vulcano and Bulldozer I've only heard a little from, so I can't really rate them.
