Can anyone tell me who is a real estate agent... I want to get my licence and I live in Iowa. I was wondering if I move out of Iowa how hard it is to renew your licence for another state, and how long does it take to change states? Any other info about real estate would be helpful. Also do you enjoy your job? My mom says real estate agents is kind of a dead job because there are soo many but I really enjoy real estate. Thanks so much!!!
