Improper eccentricity of eccentric shaft. When the eccentric part of the gap is too large, easy to cause the eccentric sleeve and the spindle tilt, affect the lubricant film formation, destruction of the equipment to normal lubrication conditions, resulting in local overheating makes the moving cone cone sleeve can not be stable, resulting in vehicle instability phenomenon.
Spherical contact defect. When the cone crusher is working, the center line of the moving cone is turned around the central line of the equipment. If the counterforce is in the spherical bearing, the moving cone will not turn over, otherwise, the moving cone will easily become unstable and turn over. If the contact of the sphere is not good, contact the inner ring, then the moving cone easily loses its stability and turns over and gets stuck in the cone bushing, causing the speed of the moving cone.
Improper lubrication. The moving cone is the main lubricating parts of the cone crusher, when the lubricating oil is too dirty, high temperature or decreasing viscosity of lubricating oil, will affect the normal lubrication of the moving cone, the friction of the friction torque changes caused by the moving cone, cone crushers unbalance fly cone accident.
Eccentric sleeve deflection. From the scene of the accident that the cone, cone sleeve and the spindle in the diagonal direction of contact and severe burn marks, so the dynamic cone instability in the operation of the spindle overturned, stuck in the cone bush. The cause of the accident is that the eccentric sleeve is skewed, and the reason for the deflection of the eccentric sleeve may be caused by the accumulated error of the adjusting shim, or the gap between the eccentric sleeve and the straight bushing is too large.
The main shaft is not in good contact with the taper bushing. When the main local contact with the cone bushing, due to the small contact area of the unit pressure increased sharply, destroyed the lubrication condition of moving cone, the temperature increased sharply, the local soft metal is melted and the contact surface of the two generation with axle. On the other hand, if the gap between the main shaft and the taper bushing is too small, the spindle and the cone bushing generate the axle holding phenomenon due to the thermal expansion, thus causing the flying cone accident.
