my truck got broken into last night and i had a factory alam system and i guess it didnt do nothing so i want to get a good one or one that will just sound off when someone gets near and bumps it. i dont need remote start or anything just a GOOD/ well working alarm system. and one know were i can get one and were to get them installed and what they run thanks
lokk into getting a viper, i have them in my last 3 cars and work very well, you can also get one with a paging remote that will alert you when your car is tampered with. just research the distance factor to see if is a good feature for your situation. ps factory alarms only go off when the door is opened, so if they smashed the window and climb in then thats how they got ya
