I got strips of the meat the other night, thinking this will be great on that new pan/grill I gotIt turned out too chewy and there's leftovers in the fridge (we never had leftovers unless it's not yummy!)When it comes to cooking beef, I'm still a baby to itThe teriyaki sauce helped us to get over the chewiness but still, the dish was a disappointmentI still have a lot more in the freezer that I saved for another day to cook, so now, I want a better plan on how to cook itCan you tell me the best recipe you've got, and what's the trick to not overcook the meat?
