If the product is that bad then it would be wise to just toss them, why ruin other good products trying to make the chips taste betterSkunks are great pets if you don't mind the smellI think you get my driftIf you insist on trying something so I don't get in trouble for no answer: Chip Crusted Salmon Ingredients: 1 side of salmon (about 3 pounds) Salt Freshly ground black pepper One 5.5-ounce bag chips, your choice Zest of 1/2 lime 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill Olive oil Prep: Preheat the oven to 400 degreesLine a baking sheet with aluminum foilLay the side of the salmon skin side down in the center of the baking sheetSeason it lightly with salt and pepperCrush the potato chips, lime zest and dill in a bowl until the chips resemble coarse crumbsMix in 2 tablespoons of oil until incorporatedCoat the salmon with a thin, even layer of crumbsBake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chip coating is brownedUse two spatulas to transfer the salmon to a serving platter, putting one at either end and lifting them up together so the salmon is in one pieceLay it gently on the serving platter so that people can serve themselvesYou can also serve the salmon right on the baking sheetServes 12.
