I am going on vacation and would love to take some homemade dry dip mixes with meDoes anyone have a good one they could share?
The best way to be healthy (and stay that way) is to become a vegetarianNot only is it good for ur health but you will also help reduce cruelty towards other animalsAs far as your excercise goes you really have to discipline your self no one else can do that for youWalk instead of driving whenever you canDrink 2 glasses of water before every meal, eat fresh or dry fruits when hungry instead of bag of chips or cookieps always read the labels on what you buy avoid hydrogenated and high fructose- means u have to shop with family or whoever buys food.
ask you parents to buy healthier foods.like more fruits and vegetablesand instead of chips or cookies, you can get the 100 calorie packs that have all different kinds of brands of snacksand if there ins't healthy food around in your house, eat smaller portionsthat is they keytry and get in at least an hour of excersise.haha.but that is hard to do.so whenever you have time, try and fit something in!
just take a few packs of knorr vegetable soup mixwhen you want dip, add 1 carton drained thawed spinach, 1 smcan chopped water chestnuts, and large tub of sour creammix it up and chill for 30 minutes or soi make this for any get together and it is always gone sooo quickly!
Just eat half the amount your eating now at home To say there is nothing healthy in the house I am sure is an overstatementno meat, no cheese, no vegetables or fruit? Exercise 5 times a week for 30 minutesuse the bike or take a walk out of the house with the food in itStick to itdrink your 8 glasses of water a day and you will lose the weightslowly but you will lose it.
oh that is hard i totally empathizethere's a point where you're gonna have to just go out and buy a couple amenities to make yourself some really healthy stuff- even if it's not like gourmet or anything, i think some of the stuff i invent turns out pretty tasty- i've done a tortilla with a bunch of chunky salsa (only the red kind- conqueso is loaded ith fat) and a sprinkling of cheese (use mild salsa)fruit cups (easy and fast, although sometimes expensive), egg noodles with parmesan or a healthy red saucealso look for those healthy choice frozen meals or whateveri read another answer- don't become a vegetarian unless you're willing to be a really good vegetarian (i'm not saying she isn't) and are willing to be really careful about getting enough protein and suchI'm a vegetarian, and it is hard to make sure you're getting everything, and tempting to use it as an excuse to indulge too ofteni know way too many people who are bad vegetarians and actually gain weightif you don' think you could do that- it's probably just as healthy to stick only to lean meatit's great to see you working to loose weight in a really healthy way- take it from someone who knows- being thinner feels better than ANY food tastes.
