Am at wits end. Probably have to call a professional.The rubber seal on this Delta faucet is almost non-existent and somewhat leaking but not profusely Someone had suggested unscrewing the 2 faucets, did that, but then what next? The faucet itself is intact to the sink. Why did someone think it would lift out? It does not.The only way to get to it is from underneath and it is very tight space, the vanity is very small. The sink is in the way so I can't even see the underneath of the faucet itself from inside the cabinet, it is way back and like I said, the space is very very small. Looks like the sink probably has to be removed first? Such a pain for such a small job.Thank you.

The faucet is held on by 2 flat plastic nuts on the underside of the sink.The area is tight but they are changed every day.I would just buy a new faucet instead of trying to repair the old one as it is not easy to rebuild one and it may still leak after you try to repair it.
In order to be able lift the faucet from the sink, you'll have to squirm underneath the sink and remove two or more attachment clips as well as the hot and cold water supply connections. However, that shouldn't be necessary in order to replace any seals. Shut off the water supplies underneath, remove the faucet handles, the plastic water mixers, and the rubber seals. Using a repair kit from Lowe's or a plumbing supply store, replace all of the seals. Reassemble, reconnect water supplies, and you should be leak free.
