We were looking to get a few rooms professionally cleaned in our home. However, what is the biggest diff btw. Chem-dry places and regular companies, like COIT or Stanley Steemer. We know the thing about no liquid/water, but does that make a diffference? Anything else? Because the cost between the 2 is quite a bit, so we were wondering if it makes up for it. Thanks!
I had my carpets professionaly cleaned (with water) and they looked no better than when I did them myself with my household steamer, or rental unit's in the past.
Go to Angies List on the web and you should be able to find many cleaners with reviews, I have used Angies list before with good results! Good luck.
