What is the black rubber molding that goes around the floor in commercial kitchens called? Is there a brand name or spec sheet on it?
I would take it to the dealer and have them hook it up to the computer and check for fault codes, I can't imagine hitting a speed bump would cause any problems, could just be coincidence. Better safe than sorry, these things have self diagnostics, and it could be telling you about another problem.
What my family does is brush and comb our longhaired cats so there is pretty much no hair to pick up in the first place. Then the sticky roller works. Other than that, sorry. I don't know :)
