Spray cream (blooming), also known as the jet is the common quality problem in rubber processing, it refers to the non vulcanized rubber (rubber) or vulcanized rubber (product) liquid or solid containing complexing agent migrates to the surface and precipitation phenomenon (with rubber agent near surface is first separated, with the inner agent to the surface migration of precipitation). Sometimes, this spray is a crystalline form of frost, so it is customarily called "frost."".
Rubber spray frost is due to internal rubber compounding agent reachsupersaturation, rubber compounding agent near surface precipitates first, then from the inner to the surface migration of precipitation when complexing agent in the rubber to reduce its saturated state, precipitation process ended.
There are three kinds of forms of rubber spray. Powder spraying, wax injection, injection (also known as exudation). The powder is a curing agent, accelerator, activator, antioxidant and filler powder with precipitation agent on the rubber surface, and form a layer of powder. Spray wax is paraffin wax, ceresin wax precipitation etc. on the rubber surface, forming a layer of wax. The injection is softening agent, tackifier, lubricants, plasticizers and other additives in liquid precipitation of the rubber surface, and form a layer of oil. In practice, frost forms on rubber surfaces sometimes appear in one form, sometimes in two or three forms.
