Question:

Safe to polish off coating from a knife blade?

I have a survival knife that came coated, but I'd rather have it be bare and polished metal, so that the blade could be used as a reflective signaling deviceAs far as how to achieve that, I know it would be fairly simple using a dremel tool- sanding off the coating then using the polishing brush and polish paste to bring the metal to a shine, but I want to make sure thats not going to affect my knife in any other way I can't imagine loss of the coating would weaken the metal at all, and yea I guess it would show dirt and such easier but that doesn't hugely concern me.And I know the coating isn't too thick and will come off easily b/c its already starting to wear off on parts on the blade that tend to rub going in and out of the sheath

Answer:

make an internet connection sharing on your wireless connection with allowing other network users to connect through the lan and connect the Xbox using a cable this will be much more easier for plug an play .
No, I wouldn'tIf you polish off coating from a knife blade it will probably rust more easily.carry a small mirror or aluminum foil for a reflective signaling device.
