Hey guys, My aunt made a great Recipe with Salmon and she had wrapped it in tin foil and cooked it in the ovenI beleive it had lime instead of lemon (but i like both, so dont let that stop you if you have a different recipe)I've never cooked Salmon beforeDoes anyone have a recipe that sounds similar to this for Salmon.I would like to make it for dinner tonightTHANKSMegs
Very easy recipe that many restaurants serve but can be done at homeMix an equal amount of honey and a decent quality brown mustardSpread on top side of salmon and marinate in fridge 1 hourGet a baking pan and put some olive oil in it, just enough to not make salmon stickPlace salmon in pan with a little more marinade on topBake at 425 for about 15 minutes then put under broiler for another 5 or so minutesEvery broiler is different and you need to check it so it doesn't burn I would let it just brown a littleIf you dont have a broiler just bake it another 5 to 10 minutesYou can check with a fork to make sure its cookedIf it flakes all the way through its doneMany other good salmon recipes out there but this is easy and simpleWorks well also in the grill.
