I really want a saltwater aquarium, but I haven‘t reasearched it yet. I was wondering If you could give me sites or tell me directly about how to start a saltwater aqarium. I need to know lighting, salinity, type of salt, filter, ect. Thanks in advance!
Please be cautious setting up a saltwater aquarium. The fish are amazing, but the trade in reef fish for people to buy for aquaria is decimating wild fish populations all over the world. This is big business, and the collectors stop at nothing to collect these fish. If you are going to have a saltwater tank, please only buy fish that are raised in a lab or on a farm. If the store can't tell you where the animal is from, it has been taken from the wild.
