Scalp burn by aluminum (hair dye): am i in danger? (please help , 10 points)?

so i was getting highlights, and an aluminum paper overheated and as it touched my scalp, i got burnedit hurted the first day, but now after 3 days,i feel kind of small crust, like super small (like dandruff scalp or something), and when i put my finger there, there's a bit of liquid, like a tiny tiny bit!Could i be in danger! i mean could it cause hair fall, or something!!i'm freaking out, helpi read about people losing their scalp and hair!!! could this be the case??
