Having faith in God to protect us does not make it ok not to be careful and use the brain that God gave us, to do what we can do. I have a HUGE faith in a HUGE God- however I would not put God to the test- by running into the street in front of a car, and say OK, God protect me. that would be just plain stupid. Faith does not mean to leave your mind at the door. It means trusting God wholeheartedly but also being wise.
