I have marinated chicken breasts that has been marinating in marinating sauce for about an hour or two,but i want my chicken breasts to come out juicy flavorful.Should i bake my raw marinated chicken breasts in aluminum foil OR, should i bake my marinated chicken first, then when its done turn the oven off, wrap the chicken breasts in aluminum foil let it sit for a while ?Im 16 by the way im new with this.
What I would do is wrap the chicken in baking paper - then foil, so that the chicken doesn't stick to the foilBake it wrapped up for 15 min, then unwrap the top and bake for another 5-10 min to brown the topAfter that take it out of the oven, wrap it back up and let it rest for 5 minYou can tell the chicken is cooked through when the juices run clear.
