Question:

Should my daughter donate her long hair to locks of love?

My 10 year old daughter wants to cut and donate her hair to locks of love. The only problem is, her hair is past shoulder length, and if she got 10 inches cut off, it would leave her with a very short bob haircut up to her ears! That would be way too short for her! On top of that I'm scared that her hair might be so short after that they might have to buzz part of the nape(back of her neck) hair for the haircut using the electric clippers! Yikes! What should I do???

Answer:

You are beautiful and I am in need of a fire extinguisher right now.
Yes. Because this may cause them to think they can safely escape the fire. So, giving a false hope I would think is a sin. But I appreciate your concern for them.
You are not supposed to. It is there to keep kids like you out of things you should not see.
i had not heard anything about this, i just clicked on so i could go back later and see if i could pull any thing up on this, i do hope they were fired and they need there license revoked there suppose to help people they did after all take that oath
They won't be able to take it with them, and it would not put out a fire of that magnitude, however, it might make a point.
