Question:

Simple Harmonic Motion Speed Bumps?

When a car goes over a speed bump its suspension springs begin to oscillate. What is the force that causes the springs to compress? I don't think it is the weight force because then it would oscillate without ever hitting the speed bump. Help? Sorry about the poor explanation.

Answer:

when i was younger and would buy new pajamas, the tag would have a note about being fire resistant. but if a house is burning, im pretty sure pajamas aren't going to save a life, or be the culprit. your cousin was a little bit over reactive and dependent on the safety of the pajamas
perhaps your brakes need to be checked out,if the pads are worn it could be the brake calipers are loose and making the noise., Next time you are driving around go down a rough road slow and then just apply a little pressure on the brakes and see if the noise gets quieter and if does it the brakes,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
