I‘m very very new to the game. Had it for 3 days. Im lvl 9 thief. I recently started doing blacksmithing for money and I found an Iron ore mine in Dawnstar. I mined all the veins but when will I be able to mine them again?
One in-game month I think.
It shouldn't take to long, maybe 3 to 4 days.
