In the last episode of TNG, All Good Things... They have been married and divorced in the future time line that Q sends Picard to. Beverly has kept the name Picard and is captain of the Pasteur. From a quick look up on the books it seems they get married in the TNG novel: Greater Than the Sum, and her and Jean Luc decide that she should keep her name as to not cause confusion with there being 2 Captain Picards.
