Question:

so why are plastic bags are bad?

dont they know plastic is come from earth, its all natural stuff man

Answer:

Plastic bags cause over 100,000 sea turtle and other marine animal deaths every year when animals mistake them for food. The manufacturing of plastic bags add tons of carbon emissions into the air annually Between 500 billion and 1 trillion plastic bags are used worldwide each year Yes, they are made from natural resources, everything is. But most plastic bags take over 400 years to biodegrade. Some figures indicate that plastic bags can take over 1000 years to break down. And they are all over the place, next time you take a drive see how many you can spot in the natural landscape, they are an eye soar, just like any other litter in the ground or stuck in trees.
They're not. It's the disposal of the bags that's the problem. You can use a process called Thermal DePolymerization to turn those plastic bags into low sulphur diesel fuel.
the plastic are not natural and plastic will break down in to little pieces this plastic will sponge up pollutants an absorb them. The plastic looks like small food to allot of living things in the sea which in turn eat them and they eat the pollutants that the plastic has absorbed.
You should come out to Arizona and view the Arizona National Flag...a plastic bag stuck to every other tree and bush. You see them floating down every river, blowing down every street and bobbing up and down on every lake. Sometimes yu see them just sailing thorough the air like some kind of airborne jellyfish. These things NEVER decay or biodegrade. Some people believe these things are a natural part of the local flora and fauna or the carcases of some long extinct species. Plastic bags and 'disposable' diapers, beer cans, juice boxes, used condoms, junked cars, old mattresses, general trash and the occasional dead guy...all just laying around where dropped or dumped. Why are they 'bad'? If you have to ask there's no possible good answer.
Firstly, all natural doesn't mean that it doesn't have problems or isn't bad lol Secondly, plastic bags are bad because they end up in landfills and never biodegrade or decompose. So unless you want plastic bags covering the earth (found our solution to the hole in the ozone layer! haha) then stop using them
