I wish I could catch one of the idiots sticking one on my car. I hate them, but these guys are real sneaks! I do make a show of removing it, destroying it and properly disposing of it.
I've never seen one of these pamphlets because I live in a civilized part of the country. If I saw anyone ever put one of those things on my car, I'd beat the living turd out of them. Then I'd run my car over their head.
That's one way. I usually feel like if they can leave pamphlets under my wipers I can leave little bits of lead in their body. Unfortunately there are laws against that particular kind of generosity.
