hey i want a quality sound system to my room for music and movies and etc.i want them to connect to my PC and other times just to the radio.i wanna know what gives you good surround sounds? sound bar or the speaker system?and any suggestions of brands??
Basically a sound bar has speakers and an amplifier built in, and usually you will get better sound from separate speakers but a lot depends on the quality of the sound bar and also the quality of the speakers involved 5.1 means five speakers plus a sub woofer 2.1 is two speakers plus a subwoofer; Preferred brands in speakers are Boston Acoustics; Energy: NHT; Klipsch also most of those brands also produce quality sound bars also.
just get a speaker/reciever, you can upgrade when you move out (assuming if you live eith your parents) I get the speaker system first soundbar second if its for a non-main area (system: living room / soundbar: bedroom) or get a bluetooth soundbar and wait till you move for a system also dont get samsung
