Can anyone help me find out where I can get a speaker switch box. I need to attach a LG blu Ray player to a 5.1 channel Home theater speaker set. The output on blu ray is 2.1 and the same does not directly go in the 5.1 channel subwoofer for output. Any suggestioins/help is welcome. Thanks
Computer speakers are not going to give you 5.1 sound only stereo at best 5.1 speakers for computers use the sound card in the computer to generate the surround sound nnecting those speakers to you blu ray will only yield 2.1 no matter what you doso save your money and just hook it up for stereo at best.what you really need is a receiver and home theater speakers not computer speakers
Hi Sanjay.Have a look on e bayThere are many different types of speaker switch boxes as some have the rca connector inputs and others have spring clip connectors for bare wire connection,you can also get these in a powered or non powered type amd most of them you can use a pair of speakers or several at simutaneously.Cheers!
