I need one that i can wire in speakers to other rooms, mp3 jack, radio, and cd player. But under 400 dollars.
Well keep in mind you will need to have all speakers in the rooms you want to have sound wired to a central location where the equipment will be located. This is so that your power source (receiver or multichannel Amplifier) can amplify the signal from your source equipment to the speakers. You will also have your source equipment in this location (cd player, mp3 player etc) So just the installation without the speakers and equipment is going to run over $400. So your other options are to ether get powered speakers for each room you want music, but this will also require a source equipment for this room as well, or a portable music type system. Honestly for $400 your looking more type one or two portable players you can take into other rooms for music. So sorry to say a multiple room system will not be in your budget.
