Question:

Specific difference between channel steel, cold-formed steel channel, hot plate and cold plate

Channel and channel steel, hot rolled and cold rolled sheet in the production process, product characteristics above what is easy to understand, give me hope!

Answer:

Because of the difference of production process between them, the performance of them is different greatly. The strength of hot rolled steel or hot-rolled steel is lower than that of cold rolling, but the plastic deformation ability is stronger.
Cold bend channel steel and cold-rolled steel plate production process is basically the same, refers to the steel at normal temperature, through the external role of the steel rolled or bent into the required shape.
Channel steel refers to hot rolled channel steel, the production process and hot rolled steel plate, are the ingot heating to a certain temperature, steel basically into the thermoplastic state, and then rolling through the mill.
