I am running out of ideas and i cant seem to get rid of this thing. I dont know how to do all the re load my OS software. I just need a program that can kill this thing. Any ideas?

Answer:

ctrl+alt+delete, then go to processes, and click the tab that says user name. Look for the program under Owner, or the account your logged on under, and if it is not their you can look under system, if you find something that looks like it, the name, right click and click end process tree. a popup window will come up warning you about something. just click yes. if your computer turns off at that exact time, do not worry. it might have leeched itself to system files. just turn your computer back on. nothing will be missing. it is ok if your computer shuts down, it is not crashed. you might have just turned off windows which is the same thing as clicking shutdown.

BTW, This Smitfraud often gets installed when someone goes to view a video at a not-so well-known website. The website will say that a special codec is needed to view it, and asks to download it to you. If you allow the download, you will NOT be downloading a codec, you will actually download a trojan called Zlob. The moral is, never allow a website to download stuff unless it's a well known and respected site. And oh yeah, that video would have played just fine without that special codec! But you already knew that. P2P downloads using programs such as Limewire have also been known to be infected with Smitfraud. Good luck.
