After each layer of welding, it is necessary to check the defects, and never attempt to eliminate the defects with fusion welding. The defects must be polished, removed and repaired;
Protection gas flow, current and voltage should be chosen according to process;
The gap between the group and the WPS should be corresponding, and the gap is too big or too small, which will lead to welding defects;
Only when the welding quality is improved and the welding defects are reduced can the welding seam position be watertight:Argon arc welding is preferred for stainless steel pipe welding. When the wall thickness is thicker, the backing argon arc welding shall be used preferentially, and the filling and cover surface shall be welded by manual arc welding;The cleaning work before welding should be done well, and all the defects such as burr, oil stain, dust and spot welding should be removed;
Welding process should be completely observed, especially between layers, and each layer shall be welded until the temperature is controlled;
