I bought an Android phone from T-Mobile and now, i am no longer with T-Mobile. Will my phone work if i get a phone plan with another company like boostmbile, virgin mobile etc using my cell phone .? Or do I have to buy another?
The only other company your phone will work on is ATT, and that's if you unlock it.
You phone will probably only work with T-Mobile. You can unlock the SIM module and get service with ATT, but you won't get high-speed data. You can't use it with any other cell company in the US because they all use a different technology (CDMA) which is not compatible with T-Mobile hardware. You'll either have to stay with T-Moble, get GSM service from Straight Talk, or get another phone.
