Hi, i have a motorola razrlt;-- the first one that came out and i remember getting that phone for 40 bucks because i told them that i was a long customer and stuff, but it was supposed to be $150 for upgrade. Now, it's been two years since i had the razr phone and i want to upgrade a new phone, like the motorola rizr and the motorola krzr, i was wondering did anyone talk to any of the t-mobile staff to get the cheaper upgrade for either one of those phones??
no, as a tmobile rep, you only qualify for what our system says you do. we do not negotiate prices on phones. most people go wrong by thinking this and call in pissed off but we do not offer credits to reduce the cost of phones. we offer rebates and a discount only if you are eligible.
