does it really change anything? I could see where it might shield the radiator slightly but other than that what purpose does it serve?
Wheel locks are special lug nuts thet require a special small tool to install and remove them.The object is to prevent theft of your wheels and tires.
I wouldn't. There is no way of knowing what is in a resin. It may have toxic chemical that will harm your fish. Then again, it also may be OK. Do you really want to risk having your fish die to find out? It's better to be safe and spend a little extra money and know that the resin you use is nontoxic to fish.
