for my bfs bday...has anyone tried either???
It was a chalk that was dropped in place by a machine with a hopper. It was very close to the ground so the wind would not blow it away, now they use a paint to mark lanes. Many think it was lime,but that was not used. You could rub the lines away with your feet or hands.
