I don't believe in your conclusions. Rape is rape, and no means no. I personally don't care if the 'victim' has had sex with 1, 3, or 5,000 partners that week. She still has a right not to be raped, at any time, and anything to the contrary is delusional. Sex is NOT rape, and rape is not sex. Rape is blunt force, brutal, negation of another human being, there privacy, and their humanity. Sex is also called 'making love'. There is no love in a rape. I would also note that the self-defense argument is inappropriate in rape cases. She was going to rape me, so I raped her first? Doesn't really work! The bank gave out money to 20 people before I robbed it, they should have given some to me, too! That old guy was near death anyway, my killing him for his watch is justified! The only point of the trial is to determine if the defendant is guilty! The victim, like the bank, or the old guy, is blameless! Rape is rape. Prison is prison. Enjoy!
