The air compressor needs to measure dew point
As can be seen, in the design process of air compressor, we need to take into account the atmospheric water content and dew point temperature in the conventional environment. If it is a special environment, such as low temperature and humid areas, we should pay more attention to it.
The dew point temperature in the compressor design process as an important influencing factors, such as air compressor outlet temperature is too low, will be oil and gas mixture condensation caused by low temperature inside the tank, is the lubrication effect of water impact. Therefore, the outlet temperature of the air compressor must be guaranteed to be not less than the dew point temperature under the corresponding pressure.
Explain the concept of dew point: unsaturated air lowers its temperature by keeping its vapor partial pressure constant (i.e., keeping absolute moisture content constant), so that when it reaches saturation state, the temperature is called dew point. When the temperature drops to dew point, condensed water drops out of the wet air.
