Question:

The amount of energy required to eletrolyze water is the same amount that I can get from a hydrogen fuel cell?

Does somebody know something about it?

Answer:

no. the hydrogen fuel cell is not 100% efficient, so you get less energy from a hydrogen fuel cell than it takes to electrolyze the water.
In theory, yes, because one operation is just the reverse of the other. In practice, probably not.
