Question:

the bread is so moist?

I'm making quot;chocolate breadquot; without the yeast (we don't have yeast at our house) and the top has come out really well but the inside is too moist (I don't really want it like that) and the outside is pretty well bakedHow do I make the inside more dry without burning it?

Answer:

cool, dry place in an airtight containerNo freezing, no refrigeration
Store coffee beans airtight and in an opaque container in the refrigerator Store coffee grounds airtight and in an opaque container in the freezer It is best to buy whole beans and grind them yourselfThe best grinder is a Burr grinder.
Try putting aluminum foil over the topThat's how I keep the edges of a pie crust from getting burned while letting the rest of the pie finish baking I'm not sure what you really made without using yeast; it sounds like you just omitted it from a recipe and didn't put some other leavener inBut it might come out like a delicious brownie!
