Owing to lack of maintenance disassembly is convenient, I change the pulley and the stirring shaft tolerance to H6 / h5 small clearance fit, now again jacketed on the shaft, bolts pressure pulley. The diameter of the inner hole of the pulley is 42.

My opinion is that the interstitial space between the belt wheel and the stirring shaft should be 0.01 ~ 0.00, which is suitable for the production and installation process. If the clearance is too large, the pulley and shaft are easy to loosen.
