It depends on what material you weld. If it's made of steel, you can use chrome, zirconium and copper. If you're welding copper, you'll have to use tungsten electrodes

(1) the copper electrode is suitable for spot welding and welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys, and also can be applied to spot welding of coated steel plates;(2) chromium, zirconium and copper electrodes are suitable for spot welding of carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, coating plate and other parts;(3) alumina copper electrode is suitable for welding galvanized steel plate, aluminium product, carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, nickel plate, brass and other parts;(4), beryllium copper electrode for carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, coating plate etc.;(5) tungsten copper electrode is suitable for spot welding of copper, aluminium and nickel;(6) tungsten and molybdenum electrodes are suitable for welding of copper alloys, especially for welding fine copper wire.
