The installation of the pulley is removed
To prevent foreign invader, fill the hole with grease. Unscrew all bolts, remove one or two bolts according to the number of holes, lubricate the bolts and bolts, and insert bolts into the disassembly hole. Turn the bolt until the cone and the pulley loosen. Remove cones and pulley from the shaft.
On the surface of the clean shaft, the belt wheel of the cone is mounted to the desired position on the shaft to see if the tri-band wheel is aligned. When using a keyway, you must first insert it into the hub, and must have a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hub. Use the type 6 Angle wrench conforming to the DIN911 standard, and then gradually and evenly place the bolts of each mounting hole in the ground until it reaches the torque shown in the table below. After a short run (0.5 to 1 hour), check the tightening torque of bolts, if necessary, and tighten again.
Check the belt chakra to make sure there are no marks or edges, all of which are in line with the standard. Clean the surface of all parts, such as hub holes, cones, screw holes, etc. Bring the cone into the pulley and align all the screws. After applying the oil on the screw (TB 1008-tb 3030) and thread (TB 3525-tb 5050), then screw into the mounting hole, but not immediately.
