Question:

The pink colored tarnish on silver?

How to remove it? I've already tried the baking soda aluminum foil thing and it doesn't workAny other solutions? And why does silver always do this? I bought this bracelet at kohls it wasn't really cheap in my opinion.

Answer:

Period 2 elements contain only two principle energy levels, thus its valence electrons must be on the second.
Pink means your silver coating is wearing offTarnish from the oxidizing is blackish, if you rub a soft cloth on it you'll see grey smudgesA warm copper color poking through the silver? That the base metal the jewelry is actually made of, visible after the silver plating has flaked offSo the bracelet might not have been cheap but it was cheaply made.
