The role of superheater and reheater in the boiler?
From the above process we can see that the reheater and superheater are used to heat the steam, but the steam parameters are not the same.
Superheater in the steam is high temperature and high pressure, the material requirements than the reheater high, and reheater in the steam is high temperature and low pressure, the material requirements than the superheater.
After heating the reheat steam (then heat again) and then into the steam turbine, low pressure cylinder to continue work, and finally into the condenser condensate into water.
This part of the steam is reheated into high temperature steam. In the reheater, the pressure can not be increased, but the temperature is raised to a temperature or slightly lower than the superheated steam.
