The structure of the horizontal boring machine

Answer:

When machining with a horizontal boring machine, the tool is mounted on the spindle, boring bar or flat plate. The required speed and feed are available through the spindle box, and the spindle box can be moved up and down along the front column.
Spindle layout, spindle box can be along the front column guide vertical movement of the boring machine (Figure 1).
When the boring bar is longer, the tailstock on the rear column can be used to support one end to increase stiffness.
The workpieces are mounted on the workbench and the table can be moved longitudinally with the lower slide and the upper slide, and can be rotated around the circular guide of the slide to the desired angle to suit various machining conditions.
