The main cause of overload fault of air compressor main machine or motor:1, the voltage is too low: the general compressor rated operating voltage of 380V, up and down allowed floating at about 5%.2 、 the connection is loose: check whether the input power line has the traces of heating and burning.3, the unit pressure exceeds the rated pressure: such as 0.7MPa of the machine, the actual pressure reached 0.75MPa, it is prone to overload phenomenon.
