Question:

Transformers orchestral score?

I heard somewhere that Steve Jablonsky's orchestral score to the new Transformers movie (which is fabulous!) would eventually be released on CD. Does anyone know anything about this?

Answer:

Hey Emily, People don't know the difference between Soundtrack and Score. Jablonsky's score hasn't been released yet. According to Soundtrack , it's in the works and will be released soon. Who knows when. Here's my source: soundtrack /features/article/?id235 Good luck!!!
It's the coolest movie ever. The tramformers (Giant Robots) looks so real in this movie and the grapics are great.
it already is
it will be soon, cause since he did the score for the video game he was also doing for the movie i've seen the movie and some of my friends heard the score from the video game and said it was not 100 percent the same as in the movie, almost a remix jablonsky also worked alot with zimmer, and james newton howard, for those with a good ear. he helped zimmer and howard with the batman begins soundtrack and you could kind'of hear some of the meleodies scores majority of the times, comes out late like a month after the movie comes out.
Transformers will hit theaters on July 4, 2007. A song soundtrack will be released by Warner Brothers Records on June 26, 2007, and a score album is in the works. soundtrack /features/artic Best Buy has the original soundtrack for sale, which is the songs by bands. The Original score album has not yet been released, which is the music by Steve Jablonsky.
