Answer:

if i were you i would do them seperately do them seperately it takes alot out of you to do chest as it is.. and then to have to do triceps right after? very tough and u should not workout longer then 40 - 60 mins do your chest on its own then the next day do your bicep and triceps together...

If you always bench first, my guess is that your tris will be a bit fatigued for skull crushers and extensions. Conversely, if you always work your tris first, your pecs will be a bit fatigued for benches, squeezes, and whatever else you do. Machines can effectively isolate specific muscle groups so you don't tire out other ones, but they don't give you a full range of motion and work out your stabilizing muscles. My advice is to mix and match. One day when you do work your triceps and pecs, start with benches. The next day, start with working your triceps. Don't do all triceps then move to benches either. For instance, a good order might be: Bent-over tricep extensions Flat bench press Skull crushers Incline bench Decline bench Standing tricep extensions And then another time, so you're fatiguing your muscles in different orders: Decline bench Skull crushers Squeezes Standing tricep extensions Incline bench Bent-over tricep extensions There are tons of different exercises for those muscle groups. Try to occasionally incorporate different exercises into different days. Good luck!
