Thoroughly cooked? Yes. Throughly chewed? Absolutely not.
NO! we had a number of raw veggie and fruit dishes, also since we had roast beef it was rare in the middle for those who really prefer it that way! So NO very little of my groaning board was thoroughly cooked. As to chewed? No to that too as some of the foods were so soft or tender they didn't require being chewed for 5 minutes!
