turn signals dont work, why?

so i have an older car and the turn signals strarted slowly slowing down and then finally they wont work at allI checked my fuses and my bulbs still work for my emergencies and i would love any suggestions as to why i cant fix this problem.ANY IDEAS?

You were close! Go back to your fuse boxYou should find a round aluminum devise plugged into your fuse boxThat is your turn signal relayI'll bet your problem is with thatJust pull it out and replace it.
NoThe 1 or 2 degree temperature drop that you MIGHT get would not be noticed by the engine at all.

Yes it most definatly would! If you packed a couple blocks of ice between the foil and the intake hose!
