Most definitely. It's a crime to report a false alarm. One has to remember that you are putting the safety of the First Responders at risk as they are driving to the scene under emergency conditions. In fact if there's an accident on the way, and someone dies, the individual who pulled the false alarm could be charged with homicide.
ABSOLUTELY!!!! The fire department has to respond, there is always the possibility of them getting into an acciden, someone getting hurt. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
